The first few are free, but in essence, yes. I listen to the payee's specifications, though, like colors, style, concepts, etc. I can do both digital and traditional. The product can be exactly the same or drastically different from the monsters in the series. That's essentially what a commission is. (and the first few are FREE! You could be the first!!!)
